Land Evaluation Site Assessment (LESA) studies are required when a property owner wishes to create a new building site in the Agricultural District.

Please review the document linked below for more information and a copy of a paper application.  A LESA application can also be made online using the APPLICATIONS link provided.  The LESA application is at the very bottom of the page on the application portal.

A Lot/Building SITE PLAN will be required for upload for a LESA application.  Please review and complete a site plan before starting your application. The site plan does not need to be a survey, but should include the approximate dimensions of the property.
